This book is about Walton, the founder of Wal-Mart.
He first born in a farm family, and sail newspaper every day after school, and he learn from his mother that when he faced a challenge, go ahead and face it.
After the great depression of US after the WWI, they moved to another town and started middle school and high school, he also joined the boy scout and learned many skill that helped him later in his life. During the high school years, he was very good at football and basketball.
After high school, he started university soon. Then, he attended a job at J.K. Penny’s company, but later the landlord of the shop stopped rent the place to Walton so he started his own shop soon after.
First, it’s called Walton 5&10, but later renamed Wal-Mart. He decided to open more Walmart in US. His sales strategy: Sell things that people need at the lowest prices possible … and treat every customer right. He beat all of his competitors and later became the richest man in the world. He was sick from cancer and died later from it, but during the cancer, he received a badge from the president. Eventually he died in the age of 74.?
