The Great Fire of London started in a bakery because of a glowing ember ? This tells us that we should be careful with everything. At that time, everyone is putting their valuables into boats and fleeing from their homes. But some are killed instead. And some had to stay to fight the fire, or more people would be killed. That was a terrible time to be in. We wouldn’t have liked it at all.

Today, I am going to talk about being brave.
In the dictionary, brave means willing to do things which are difficult, dangerous or painful; not to be afraid. In the dictionary, it also says that a synonym would be courageous. To me at fi...

Do you know which part of the story I like best? Well, um, of course you don’t know, but, uh, can you guess?
I like the I3DS or ITDS or TIDS (Impossible 3-D Shapes, Impossible Three-D Shapes, scramble the letters around) best. Because th...

Murderous Maths: Desperate Measures

With lots of facts that make your eyes pop and makes smoke come out of your ears in your confusion(mine did) and of course, there were always little jokes here and there. There was one that was extremely funny and I thought you’d like to se...

Murderous Maths: Easy Questions, Evil Answers
Kjartan Poskitt, Philip Reeve (Illustrator) / Scholastic
Surprisingly funny and confusing(as I said with all the other MM books), it contains some innocent-looking questions, such as: how can I work what weekday my birthday will be on this year? But the answers are complicated and you probably wi...

Gives a realistic fiction story (maybe its a tall tale but I’m not sure) about the Second World War. I marvel at how the scientists and doctors managed to find the RDH Drug (it stands for “the Ruin-Dog-Nose Drug”). This just shows that tech...

I think this book is very suitable for children at my age,and is full of imagination. It also reminds us of the pollution us humans have made.If we can fix that, then it will be one great leap for humankind.
