When their father invites a mail-order bride to come live with them in their prairie home, Caleb and Anna are captivated by their new mother and hope that she will stay.

一個(gè)溫暖的小故事。渴望愛(ài)與被愛(ài)的一家人，丈夫找到了妻子，孩子們找到了媽媽。一個(gè)被迫背井離鄉(xiāng)，需要找到自己位置的女人，在這個(gè)家里找到了自己想要的生活?，F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)無(wú)法想象，在報(bào)紙上看到廣告，有了幾封書信往來(lái)以后，年輕的女子就這么從東部來(lái)到中部，來(lái)看看自己是不是適合做這家人的女主人。那真是一個(gè)善良的時(shí)代啊。最喜歡的是那幾封信。
