孩子自己喜歡這本天氣百科，3歲之後開始喜歡自己看包山包海的百科類。這本書每一兩頁(yè)，就有例子把科學(xué)跟生活結(jié)合，像是熱空氣上升，冷空氣下降，就提到熱氣球。提到地球跟太陽(yáng)的距離剛好時(shí)，也提到地球是Godilocks planet ??。提到溫度計(jì)那頁(yè)，媽媽我稍微補(bǔ)充，身體和空氣都有溫度，不過量體溫和氣溫的溫度計(jì)是不同的。每讀兩三頁(yè)，我就問孩子是否還要繼續(xù)念，大約10多頁(yè)之後，她依然表示還想繼續(xù)念。但我想，這麼長(zhǎng)的書，共讀要有個(gè)限度，免得媽媽太累，也免得媽媽想要孩子多讀書的動(dòng)機(jī)高過了孩子自己想了解這本書的動(dòng)機(jī)（有點(diǎn)拗口），於是就請(qǐng)她休息，下次真的很有興趣再... (展開)

《Little Kids First Big Book of Weather》介紹一本國(guó)家地理的書吧，確實(shí)很粉他家的書，高清大圖看著養(yǎng)眼。說是 little kids+first是有道理的，基本牛6的水平就可以讀了，配合圖片七七八八。這本weather介紹了冷熱干濕等各種氣候天氣變化，篇幅都不長(zhǎng)，適合娃自讀。而且每章結(jié)束都有一個(gè)game！這大概就是寓教于樂的文化氛圍。
