英文繪本閱讀 l am a bunny

Today , We share a fairy tale about four seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Let’s enjoy it together.

I am a bunny. My name is Nicholas. I live in a hollow tree.(You see the little tree back there. That’s my house.  And right above the house is a family of birds. Mama bird just came back to feed all the baby birds. Yummy worm.)

In the spring, I like to pick flowers.(Daffodils are my favorite.)

I chase the butterflies, and the butterflies chase me.(we have so much fun together.)

In the summer, I like to lie in the sun, and watch the birds.(Hi, little bird, can you get me one of those wild strawberries, please?)

And I like to watch the frogs in the pond.(How many frogs are there? One, two, three and four.)

When it rains, I keep dry under a toadstool.(It’s better than any umbrella. Do you see the other animal that tries not to get wet? Look at the little ladybug hiding under a little mushroom. Seem like the frog is the only one enjoying the rain. See! How Happy he looks!)

I blow the dandelion seeds into the air.(Hi, Nicholas, remember to make a wish before you blow them out.)

In the fall, I like to watch the leaves falling from the trees.(Look, How beautiful all these leaves are!)

I watch the animals getting ready for the winter.(Hi, Nicholas. Go, say “Hi” the squirrels sitting over there. Hello, squirrels, how are you doing today? Oh, there is a family of racoons peeking out of their tree hole.)

And, when winter comes, I watch the snow falling from the sky.(Look! How beautiful it is outside. The snow, the pine cone trees·Just walking in the winter wonderland.)

Then I curl up in my hollow tree and dream about spring.(It’s cold outside. But Nicholas is all nice and cozy. He must very tired after having all those adventures. Goodnight, Nicholas, sleep tight.)
